The greatest attraction is the annual Masai Mara wildebeest migration that takes place between the month of July and October, which has been recorded as the seventh wonder of the world.

Straddling the equator and Mount Kenya rising above a magnificent landscape of forested hills, patchwork farms and wooded savanna, gives the country a dramatic geography resulting in a great range of natural habitats, harbouring a huge variety of wildlife, while its history of migration and conquest has brought about a fascinating social panorama.
